Our Policy:
COPYRIGHT SPECIFICATIONS:
The Fine Art of Giclée does not allow additional images to be printed for any
reason without written permission from the artist, client, or client's
authorized agent. The Fine Art of Giclée does not reserve any copyrights
when printing orders. All copyrights belong to the original copyright
holder. The Fine Art of Giclée does keep an archived digital copy of each
image for the convenience of the client. However, all digital copies
can be removed from our system upon client request.


LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY / RETURN POLICY:
All images will be handled with care and strict adherence to any
copyright concerns. Submitting film or artwork to The Fine Art of Giclée
constitutes an agreement by the client that any damage or loss by
The Fine Art of Giclée will entitle the client to replacement with a like amount
of film, print, or raw material. The Fine Art of Giclée liability ends with the
shipping carrier. If an article is damaged upon receipt, it must be
reported or returned within 5 working days for The Fine Art of Giclée to
replace the item.


LIMITS OF LIABILITY:
Submission of any materials such as film, photos, digital files or original artwork to The Fine Art of Giclée constitutes an agreement by the client that any damage or loss incurred will only entitle the client to replacement with a like amount of raw materials, unexposed film, or digital media. Except for said replacement, our acceptance of the artists images and materials is without warranty or liability.
